The vegetables fill you with beta carotene, calcium, and vitamins C & K, and the fruit is packed with polyphenols & anthocyanins that battle free radicals.
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup chopped kale, ribs removed
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1 green apple, cored
- 1 cup Aronia (chokeberry)
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Makes 3 cups
